women complaining about the term friend zone, and I understand why people think its a crock of shit, but you have to realize that the arguments that many people have only stand true if you believe that all men are self-centered assholes, and women are perfect. here’s a hint, women are just as bad as men at using people, no more, no less. so the part here that bothers me is that I see many of my female friends who I KNOW for a fact are guilty of leading men on, it irks me to see them complain about men and their friend zone notion.

I’ve had it happen to me before, she was throwing all of the hints, I thought she genuinely liked me, and when I told her that I liked her, she told me she didn’t think of me that way and started to blow me off, after a few weeks I dropped contact with her. this might sound selfish of me but lets I mean, she is apparantly the kind of person who thinks its appropriate to touch someone on the back of the neck, ear, hair playfully when you consider them to be just a friend. maybe I was looking too far into it, either way, it almost always comes down to either A) She’s being too suggestive, B) He’s being too assuming, and C) A major breakdown in communication.

So ladies, please don’t dismiss this notion as men being concieted douchebags. and please note that this is *not* in relation to anyone on tumblr, I just saw a post on twitter and this place has a higher character limit.
